General Terms - Kubify

1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed via kubify.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Kubify Manufacturing B.V. is based in the Netherlands and operates under Dutch law.

2. Our Service

Kubify Manufacturing B.V. provides an automated 3D printing service. We print customer-supplied 3D model files using customer-selected materials. We do not design, modify, or validate models unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Your Responsibilities

By placing an order you confirm that:

You are the rightful owner of, or have full permission to reproduce, the uploaded 3D model
The requested print does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, including weapons law, intellectual property rights, or product safety regulations
You have selected the appropriate material and print settings for your intended use
You accept full legal responsibility for the intended use of the printed product

4. Our Responsibilities

Kubify Manufacturing B.V. is responsible for executing the print order as specified. We are not responsible for:

The functional suitability or safety of the printed product for any specific purpose
Defects resulting from the customer-supplied model or chosen print settings
Damage caused by improper use of the printed product

If a print fails due to an error on our side, we will reprint or refund the order at no cost.

5. Prohibited Prints

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We will not print:

(Parts of) firearms or other weapons
Counterfeit or trademarked products
Anything intended to cause harm or that violates Dutch or EU law

6. Pricing & Payment

Generated prices are shown both with and without VAT, without VAT in the cart page and again complete at checkout, unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Mollie. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kubify Manufacturing B.V. is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made to order, the right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) does not apply under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code. Exceptions are made if the product was printed incorrectly due to an error on our part.

9. Intellectual Property

Kubify Manufacturing B.V. claims no ownership over customer-supplied 3D model files. Uploaded files are used solely to fulfill the order and are deleted after completion. The customer remains solely responsible for any IP claims related to their uploaded designs.
